- Log In to your WordPress Dashboard.
- Ensure the Elementor plugin is Activated.
- Navigate to the Plugins Menu > Click Add New > Click The Upload link.
- Choose File > Locate The “osteo-button-hover-effect-for-elementor.zip” File > Click Install Now.
- Click Activate.
